Coffee Has a Recipe

  • Use 20g of coffee to yield 40g (ml) in around 27 seconds – slow and steady.
  • Adjust your grind if the coffee is coming out too quickly (make it finer) or too slowly (make it coarser).
  • Reprogram the buttons on your machine as necessary to consistently achieve the 40g (ml) yield.
