There is a reason why the ceramic coffee dripper is so popular amongst professional baristas and coffee connoisseurs and that reason is simple – fantastic, clean and repeatable coffee. The 60° angle allows water to flow through all parts of coffee resulting in the evenly extracted cup of coffee. A big whole at the bottom enables the brewer to adjust the flavour of the coffee according to the speed of water flow.

Made from the highest quality porcelain, the ceramic V60 achieves maximum heat retention. From top to bottom internal ribs support natural flow of water and help deliver a “clean” cup. Designed to be placed on top of a cup or carafe, it can brew up two to four cups of coffee at a time.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Please allow UP TO 5 full business days for delivery.
Our couriers deliver more than 99% of our orders the day after they collect it from us. On those rare occasions it may have mistakenly been sent to another part of the country, in which case it self corrects but takes a couple days to get back to you. So kindly note that we cannot entertain any enquiries until 5 full business days have passed since you placed your order with us. Couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

What is your returns policy?

If you believe that goods you purchased from us are faulty, damaged or not as described, then please contact us and explain your problem and we will do our best in customer service to make you happy.

Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve submitted it?

Where you exercise your right to cancel an order, we will give you a refund within 30 days of the cancellation. Once an order is dispatched by us, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it, unopened, for a refund if you find it unsatisfactory for whatever reason.
