We only use First Flush, Spring Flush Tea Leaves to guarantee the best quality and flavour. The perfect cup of tea to kick start your metabolism and keep you feeling refreshed throughout the day. In Chinese, Chun Mee means ‘eyebrow’, which is indicative of the leaves oval shape.

Directions for use
•    Use 1 teabag per mug of 90°C hot water (best filtered)
•    Infuse for 2-3 minutes or according to taste
•    Re-infuse up to 2 times
•    Makes 40-120 cups (when re-infused)

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Please allow UP TO 5 full business days for delivery.
Our couriers deliver more than 99% of our orders the day after they collect it from us. On those rare occasions it may have mistakenly been sent to another part of the country, in which case it self corrects but takes a couple days to get back to you. So kindly note that we cannot entertain any enquiries until 5 full business days have passed since you placed your order with us. Couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

What is your returns policy?

If you believe that goods you purchased from us are faulty, damaged or not as described, then please contact us and explain your problem and we will do our best in customer service to make you happy.

Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve submitted it?

Where you exercise your right to cancel an order, we will give you a refund within 30 days of the cancellation. Once an order is dispatched by us, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it, unopened, for a refund if you find it unsatisfactory for whatever reason.
