Key features include:

Variable Temperature Control: Easily select your desired temperature between 57°C and 100°C with a simple turn of the knob, perfect for various tea and coffee brewing needs.

LCD Screen: The discreet black LCD screen displays both your “Set Temperature” and the “Real Time Temperature,” with an illuminating element to indicate heating progress.

Hold Option: With the toggle switched to HOLD mode, the kettle will maintain your selected temperature (in Fahrenheit or Celsius) for 60 minutes. If not in HOLD mode, the kettle will go to sleep once it reaches the set temperature.

Brew Stopwatch: Once your water is heated, utilize the built-in Brew Stopwatch to time your extraction.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Please allow UP TO 5 full business days for delivery.
Our couriers deliver more than 99% of our orders the day after they collect it from us. On those rare occasions it may have mistakenly been sent to another part of the country, in which case it self corrects but takes a couple days to get back to you. So kindly note that we cannot entertain any enquiries until 5 full business days have passed since you placed your order with us. Couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

What is your returns policy?

If you believe that goods you purchased from us are faulty, damaged or not as described, then please contact us and explain your problem and we will do our best in customer service to make you happy.

Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve submitted it?

Where you exercise your right to cancel an order, we will give you a refund within 30 days of the cancellation. Once an order is dispatched by us, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it, unopened, for a refund if you find it unsatisfactory for whatever reason.
