Directions for use

  • Place 10-15g of Mumbai Railway Chai powder into a cup or steaming pitcher.
  • Add a splash of hot water and mix into a smooth paste.
  • Add 8oz of hot or steamed milk and give it a good stir.
  • Pour the hot Chai through a fine sieve into a mug or glass and it’s ready to drink!

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Please allow UP TO 5 full business days for delivery.
Our couriers deliver more than 99% of our orders the day after they collect it from us. On those rare occasions it may have mistakenly been sent to another part of the country, in which case it self corrects but takes a couple days to get back to you. So kindly note that we cannot entertain any enquiries until 5 full business days have passed since you placed your order with us. Couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

What is your returns policy?

If you believe that goods you purchased from us are faulty, damaged or not as described, then please contact us and explain your problem and we will do our best in customer service to make you happy.

Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve submitted it?

Where you exercise your right to cancel an order, we will give you a refund within 30 days of the cancellation. Once an order is dispatched by us, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it, unopened, for a refund if you find it unsatisfactory for whatever reason.
